TAG Heuer Executive Assistant to CEO & CCO

- Manage and coordinate the complex schedules of the CEO and CCO, organizing strategic meetings and anticipating priorities.
- Prepare and organize executive committees, meetings, and internal or external events, including agenda preparation, bookings, participant coordination, and minute-taking.
- Organize business travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, visa management, and adherence to health directives.
- Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams, external partners, and strategic clients, managing communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Handle expense reports, ensure follow-up on approvals, and participate in administrative and budgetary management using SAP and FIORI.
- Support the management of cross-functional projects led by the CEO and CCO.
- Organize and coordinate executive events such as seminars, workshops, and client events.
- Ensure daily administrative follow-up, including document management, filing, archiving, and mail distribution.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality in handling all sensitive information related to executive management.
- Coordinate with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to the efficient functioning of the office and the internal life of the site.
- Holder of a CFC diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an executive assistant, ideally supporting executive management.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and administrative and budgetary management systems (SAP, FIORI).
- Recognized for discretion, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
- Ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and work independently.
- Organized, meticulous, proactive, with excellent synthesis and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong service orientation, responsiveness, and solution-focused mindset.
- Experience in an international and dynamic environment is appreciated.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably with executive management.
CFC diploma or equivalent.
