1. Support the HQ Events & PR Teams in the delivery of major events.
2. Manage operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient project delivery.
3. Coordinate logistics internally and externally, including prototypes, transportation, gifting, guest lists, and accommodation.
4. Efficiently handle financial tasks such as invoicing.
5. Manage the PR stock of prototypes and its logistics with various stakeholders.
6. Assist in PR gifting initiatives.
7. Contribute to the development of communication tools for internal and external touchpoints.
8. Support the HQ PR Team in responding to media information requests.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management with a focus on luxury.
2. Fluency in English.

2. Ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and plan work and deliverables.
4. Motivated team player with energy and result-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work in an international environment and build relationships across different cultures.

Entry-level experience is acceptable; ideal for recent graduates or those new to the field.
