1. Define and execute procurement strategies for assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with brand interests.
2. Achieve target pricing while maintaining quality and timeline standards.
3. Select strategic partners and manage supplier panels to align with brand objectives.
4. Anticipate market challenges and establish frameworks to secure and adapt supply chains.
5. Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, balancing technical and human considerations.
6. Conduct thorough analyses of purchase categories, including variance management, risk assessment, cost estimation, and ROI evaluation.
7. Develop and refine key performance indicators to guide procurement activities.
8. Lead continuous improvement projects internally and with external partners.

1. Master's degree in Procurement or Engineering with 4-5 years of purchasing experience in micromechanics.
2. Proficiency in common IT tools, especially Excel, and strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
