- Define and execute procurement strategies for assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with brand interests.
- Achieve target pricing while maintaining quality and timeline standards.
- Select strategic partners and manage supplier panels to align with brand objectives.
- Anticipate market challenges and establish frameworks to secure and adapt supply chains.
- Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, balancing technical and human considerations.
- Conduct thorough analyses of purchase categories, including variance management, risk assessment, cost estimation, and ROI evaluation.
- Develop and refine key performance indicators to guide procurement activities.
- Lead continuous improvement projects internally and with external partners.
- Master's degree in Procurement or Engineering with 4-5 years of purchasing experience in micromechanics.
- Proficiency in common IT tools, especially Excel, and strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a strong ethical foundation.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Strong analytical and anticipatory skills.
- Excellent organizational and commitment management abilities.
- Adept at working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant procurement role, preferably within the micromechanical sector.
Master's degree in Procurement or Engineering.
