- Define and execute procurement strategies for assigned purchasing portfolios.
- Ensure target pricing is met while adhering to quality and timeline standards.
- Select strategic partners and align supplier panels with brand interests.
- Anticipate market challenges and establish frameworks to secure supply chains.
- Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and internal departments such as Development, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of purchasing categories, including cost estimation and ROI assessments.
- Develop and refine key performance indicators to guide procurement activities.
- Lead continuous improvement projects internally and with external partners.
- Master's degree in Procurement or Engineering with significant experience in micromechanics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement role.
- Proficiency in common IT tools, especially Excel.
- Strong knowledge of integrated management systems like SAP.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ethical standards.
- Ability to foster long-term partnerships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and anticipatory skills.
- Rigorous, organized, and able to manage unforeseen challenges.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the micromechanical sector.
Master's degree in Procurement or Engineering.
