- University graduate or equivalent proficiency in a numerate discipline such as Marketing, Economics, Business, or Finance.
- Proficiency in digital media and understanding of customer behaviors.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.

- Creative mindset with an interest in sports, fashion, art, music, and luxury goods.
- Proficiency in digital analytic tools, including Microsoft software, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Syrus, and SAP.

- Fluency in Business English and native-level Japanese.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing within the luxury, fashion, or FMCG sectors, with a focus on e-commerce and global brand management.
University graduate or equivalent proficiency in a numerate discipline.
