1. Coordinate the implementation of digital initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
2. Optimize features and user journeys to enhance the online experience and commercial performance.
3. Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of enhancements and optimizations.
4. Ensure centralized and seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
5. Align business needs with the company’s digital roadmap, ensuring coherence and proper prioritization of initiatives in collaboration with the Product Owner.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to eCommerce payment systems, both operational and project-based.
7. Oversee day-to-day activities related to eCommerce functionalities and ensure rigorous follow-up to guarantee smooth operations and proactive incident resolution.
8. Drive the analysis of omnichannel performance data to support decision-making and identify areas for optimization.
9. Support online partners in the implementation and evolution of their platforms, providing operational and technical follow-up.
10. Contribute to updating and applying the brand platform, enhancing brand visibility on partner sites.
11. Participate in performance analysis and the development of strategic recommendations to maximize brand visibility and effectiveness of actions with partners.
12. Participate in the development and dissemination of go-to-market strategies for online partners.
13. Ensure the transmission of key information regarding media activations and performance to local markets and partners.
14. Contribute to the adaptation and deployment of performance monitoring tools in collaboration with data teams.

1. Higher education in digital marketing, project management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in coordinating digital projects, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
3. Professional proficiency in French and English.
