TAG Heuer Digital & eCommerce Project Manager

- Coordinate the implementation of digital initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Optimize features and user journeys to enhance online experience and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and optimizations.
- Ensure centralized and seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Align business needs with the company's digital roadmap, ensuring coherence and prioritization of initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for eCommerce payment systems, overseeing both operational and project-based matters.
- Oversee day-to-day eCommerce functionalities, ensuring smooth operations and proactive incident resolution.
- Drive analysis of omnichannel performance data to support decision-making and identify optimization areas.
- Support online partners in platform implementation and evolution, providing operational and technical follow-up.
- Contribute to updating and enhancing brand visibility on partner sites.
- Participate in performance analysis and develop strategic recommendations to maximize brand visibility.
- Participate in the development and dissemination of go-to-market strategies for online partners.
- Ensure the transmission of key information regarding media activations and performance to local markets and partners.
- Contribute to the adaptation and deployment of performance monitoring tools in collaboration with data teams.
- Higher education in digital marketing, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating digital projects, ideally in an e-commerce environment.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools, data management, and technical environments related to e-commerce.
- Adaptability, autonomy, rigor, initiative, and collaborative work ability.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and the existing ecosystem.
- Digital project management in an agile environment.

- Data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CMS, Google Analytics, and various digital marketing tools.

Higher education in digital marketing, project management, or a related field.
