TAG Heuer Development Manager

- Manage project leaders, technical office, and method-industrialization services, overseeing a team of 19 individuals.
- Define individual and collective objectives, ensuring the development of team members' competencies.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and problem-solving within the team.
- Ensure effective cross-functional management on projects involving Production, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Define development schedules for new products and associated strategies.
- Create technical and financial proposals in response to client requests.
- Supervise the creation of technical plans, necessary tooling, and prototype development.
- Oversee the development of machine programs and manual operating modes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the development phase, ensuring technical communication and project follow-up.
- Actively participate in industrial performance by implementing the transformation plan.
- Apply LEAN Manufacturing standards to optimize processes.
- Identify and propose initiatives to enhance the robustness of development processes, improving industrial tool efficiency and flexibility.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in terms of delivery and quality.
- Engineering degree in mechanics, materials, watchmaking, or equivalent.
- Confirmed knowledge in watch case process development.
- Proven team management experience.
- Understanding of quality standards in the watchmaking industry (ISO 9001, etc.).
- Budget management experience.
- Certification in LEAN Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Fluency in technical English (written and spoken).
- Ability to unite and lead teams.
- Project management skills, particularly in handling complex projects and meeting deadlines.
- Rigorous, organized, creative, and innovative.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in product development and industrialization.
Engineering degree in mechanics, materials, watchmaking, or equivalent.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of the office.
