TAG Heuer Deputy Store Manager

- Assist the Boutique Manager in overseeing operational, organizational, and personnel matters, assuming full responsibility in their absence.
- Act as a brand ambassador by expanding the local customer base and maintaining the existing network in Munich.
- Provide exceptional service to both national and international clients, collaborating closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets.
- Handle administrative duties efficiently.
- Lead and coach the boutique team in the Manager's absence, ensuring seamless operations.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events and promotions to enhance the TAG Heuer experience.
- Several years of experience in sales or a similar role with direct interaction with discerning clients.
- Passion for luxury products and a keen eye for elegant presentation.
- Fluency in German at a native level and strong proficiency in English.
- Polished appearance, excellent manners, and confident demeanor in all situations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and enthusiasm for achieving team goals.
- Exceptional communication skills and genuine customer and service orientation.

A minimum of 3 years in a relevant field with direct customer engagement.
