- Drive boutique sales and contribute individually to the turnover while leading the team to achieve global objectives.
- Analyze retail KPIs to identify business opportunities and implement comprehensive action plans.
- Ensure team motivation and cohesion to meet boutique goals, acting as a point of contact between teams and management.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to support and coach team members, promoting a positive work environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and train teams in Client Experience excellence.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and participating in events.
- Develop long-term client relationships and set clienteling action plans.
- Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
- Supervise store expenses and maintenance, proactively improving processes.
- Management experience in a luxury or retail environment.
- Mastery of selling skills and sales KPIs.
- Knowledge of TAG Heuer's brand DNA, history, and collections.
