3. Build collaborative working relationships with customers and team members.
4. Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.
5. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain effective relationships with customers.
6. Provide an unforgettable in-store experience.
7. Assist with coaching and training the retail team.
8. Assist with VIP nights and corporate events.
9. Assist with management reporting on financials and performance.
10. Inspire the team to align with company and brand objectives.
11. Achieve business targets, KPIs, and goals through exceptional customer service.
12. Implement a culture of coaching in the store.
13. Support the Boutique Manager in performance management, motivation, training, recruitment, and career development.
14. Suggest incentive schemes to motivate the team.
