1. Drive boutique sales and contribute to achieving global sales objectives.
2. Analyze retail KPIs to identify business opportunities and implement action plans.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and competitive market environment.
4. Assume full responsibility for boutique performance in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
5. Motivate and lead the team to achieve boutique goals.
6. Act as a liaison between team members and management.
7. Ensure a strong presence on the shop floor to support and coach team members.
8. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
9. Contribute to the onboarding of new team members.
10. Ensure outstanding service and client experience excellence.
11. Act as a brand ambassador at events and within the boutique.
12. Develop long-term client relationships and manage clienteling action plans.
13. Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
14. Supervise store expenses and maintenance.

1. Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
