- Drive boutique sales and contribute to achieving global sales objectives.
- Analyze retail KPIs to identify business opportunities and implement action plans.
- Stay informed about the watch industry and competitive market environment.
- Assume full responsibility for boutique performance in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve boutique goals.
- Act as a liaison between team members and management.
- Ensure a strong presence on the shop floor to support and coach team members.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure outstanding service and client experience excellence.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events and within the boutique.
- Develop long-term client relationships and manage clienteling action plans.
- Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
- Supervise store expenses and maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Mastery of selling skills and sales KPIs.
- Knowledge of brand DNA, history, and collections.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and retention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Agility in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a luxury retail environment.
