1. Drive boutique sales and contribute individually to achieving sales targets.
2. Analyze retail KPIs and implement action plans to drive business growth.
3. Ensure team motivation and cohesion to meet boutique goals.
4. Act as a point of contact between teams and management, fostering communication.
5. Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to support and coach team members.
