TAG Heuer Deputy Boutique Manager

- Drive boutique sales and contribute individually to achieving sales targets.
- Analyze retail KPIs and implement action plans to drive business growth.
- Ensure team motivation and cohesion to meet boutique goals.
- Act as a point of contact between teams and management, fostering communication.
- Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to support and coach team members.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and train teams in client experience excellence.
- Embody TAG Heuer's brand DNA and act as a passionate brand ambassador.
- Lead client development initiatives and set clienteling action plans.
- Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
- Supervise store expenses and maintenance, and improve processes proactively.
- Management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Mastery of selling skills and sales KPIs.
- Knowledge of TAG Heuer's brand DNA and collections.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and retention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Agility in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and quick learning ability.

Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a luxury or retail environment.
