1. Actively engage on the sales floor to enhance boutique sales and achieve objectives.
2. Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and establish comprehensive action plans.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competitive environment.
4. Support the boutique manager in setting individual and collective objectives and conducting performance reviews.
5. Provide immediate feedback and development support to team members, ensuring motivation and cohesion.
6. Ensure outstanding service is offered to all visitors and embody TAG Heuer's brand values as a passionate Brand Ambassador.
7. Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships and support clienteling objectives.
8. Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and supervising store expenses.
