1. Actively engage on the sales floor to boost boutique sales and achieve objectives.
2. Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and establish comprehensive action plans.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competitive environment.
4. Support the boutique manager in setting and reviewing individual and collective objectives for team members.
5. Provide feedback and development opportunities for team members, ensuring motivation and cohesion.
6. Ensure outstanding service and act as a passionate Brand Ambassador for TAG Heuer.
7. Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships and setting clienteling objectives.
8. Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal control policies.
