1. Actively engage on the sales floor to boost boutique sales and achieve objectives.

4. Support the boutique manager in setting and reviewing individual and collective objectives for team members.

7. Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships and setting clienteling objectives.
8. Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal control policies.
