1. Increase boutique sales and contribute individually to turnover while achieving global objectives.
2. Analyze retail KPIs to identify business opportunities and implement action plans.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition to leverage business opportunities.
4. Assume full responsibility for boutique performance in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
5. Ensure team motivation and cohesion to achieve boutique goals.
6. Act as a point of contact between teams and management, providing support and coaching.
7. Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
8. Ensure outstanding service and train teams in client experience excellence.
9. Act as a brand ambassador at events and within the boutique.
10. Develop long-term client relationships and oversee clienteling action plans.
11. Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
