1. Increase boutique sales and contribute individually to the turnover while leading the team to achieve global objectives.
2. Analyze retail KPIs and identify business opportunities to drive growth, implementing comprehensive action plans.
3. Ensure team motivation and cohesion to achieve boutique goals, acting as a point of contact between teams and management.
4. Provide strong shopfloor presence to support, coach, and develop team members, promoting a positive work environment.
5. Deliver outstanding customer service and train teams in client experience excellence, embodying the TAG Heuer brand DNA.
6. Develop long-term client relationships and set clienteling action plans.
7. Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal control policies and supervising expenses and maintenance.

1. Management experience in a luxury or retail environment.
