- Drive boutique sales and contribute individually to achieving global objectives.
- Analyze retail KPIs and implement action plans for business growth.
- Ensure team motivation and cohesion to meet boutique goals.
- Act as a liaison between team members and management.
- Provide coaching and feedback to develop team members.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Deliver outstanding service and train teams on client experience excellence.
