1. Drive sales and achieve business targets, KPIs, and goals through exceptional customer service.
2. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and team members.
3. Ensure exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
4. Provide an unforgettable in-store experience for customers.
5. Assist in coaching and training the retail team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge.
6. Support VIP nights and corporate events.
7. Manage financial and performance reporting as required.
8. Inspire the team to align with company and brand objectives.
9. Implement a culture of coaching within the store.
10. Support the Boutique Manager in performance management, motivation, training, recruitment, and career development.
11. Suggest incentive schemes to motivate the team.

1. Self-motivated with a passion for retail, timepieces, or jewellery.
2. Good luxury sense and customer-focused mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Willingness to act as a brand ambassador.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
