1. Drive sales and achieve business targets, KPIs, and goals through exceptional customer service.
2. Build collaborative relationships with customers and team members.
3. Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
4. Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain effective customer relationships.
5. Provide an unforgettable in-store experience.
6. Assist in coaching and training the retail team, providing necessary tools such as training, merchandising, and product assortments.
7. Support VIP nights and corporate events.
8. Assist in management reporting on financials and performance.
9. Inspire the team to align with company and brand objectives.
10. Implement a culture of coaching within the store.
11. Support the Boutique Manager in performance management, motivation, training, recruitment, and career development.
12. Suggest incentive schemes to motivate the team.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Willingness to act as a brand ambassador.
