1. Drive boutique sales and contribute individually to turnover while leading the team to achieve global objectives.
2. Analyze retail KPIs, identify business opportunities, implement comprehensive action plans, and ensure follow-up and feedback sharing.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition to anticipate business needs and leverage opportunities.
4. Take full responsibility for the boutique's performance in the absence of the Boutique Manager.
5. Ensure team motivation and cohesion to achieve boutique goals and act as a point of contact between teams and management.
6. Provide strong shopfloor presence to support and coach team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
7. Ensure outstanding service is offered to all visitors, training teams in client experience excellence.
8. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA in and outside the boutique.
9. Lead the team in developing long-term client relationships and set clienteling action plans.
10. Oversee boutique operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and policies.
