1. Serve as the liaison between clients and the repair department, managing written correspondence and phone communication with end customers and jewelers.
2. Ensure the administrative process is maintained, including the preparation of cost estimates and invoices, tracking of goods and shipments, and conducting statistical evaluations.
3. Facilitate communication and cooperation with the headquarters in Switzerland.
4. Collaborate with logistics to dispatch spare parts and repairs.

1. Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in customer service or client-facing roles.

1. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
2. Strong communication skills with a high service orientation.
3. Ability to work independently with precision and a proactive approach.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications.

Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or client-facing role within an international setting.

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
