- Serve as the liaison between clients and the repair department, managing written correspondence and phone communication with end customers and jewelers.
- Ensure the administrative process is maintained, including the preparation of cost estimates and invoices, tracking of goods and shipments, and conducting statistical evaluations.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation with the headquarters in Switzerland.
- Collaborate with logistics to dispatch spare parts and repairs.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a high service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with precision and a proactive approach.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
