TAG Heuer Customer Service Assistant

- Act as the liaison between customers and the TAG Heuer repair department, managing written correspondence and telephone communication with end customers and jewelers.
- Ensure the administrative process is seamless, including the preparation of cost estimates and invoices, tracking of goods and shipments, and conducting statistical evaluations.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the headquarters in Switzerland.
- Coordinate with logistics for the dispatch of spare parts and repairs.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong service orientation.
- Independent and precise working style with a proactive approach.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
A minimum of three years of experience in an international work setting, ideally within customer service or client interaction roles.
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
