4. Coordinate with logistics to dispatch spare parts and repairs.

1. Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in customer service or client-facing roles.

1. Fluency in German and English is mandatory; proficiency in French is advantageous.
2. Strong communication skills with a high level of service orientation.
3. Independent and precise work ethic with a proactive approach.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in customer service or client-facing roles.

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
