- Coordinate with logistics to dispatch spare parts and repairs.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a high level of service orientation.
- Independent and precise work ethic with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
