- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the repair department, managing written correspondence and phone communication with end customers and jewelers.
- Ensure the smooth execution of administrative processes, including the preparation of cost estimates and invoices.
- Monitor the tracking of goods and transportation logistics.
- Conduct statistical evaluations as required.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation with the Swiss headquarters.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to dispatch spare parts and repairs.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an international environment, preferably in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a high level of service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Minimum of 3 years in a customer service or client-facing role within an international setting.
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
