1. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the repair department, managing written correspondence and phone communications with end customers and jewelers.
2. Ensure the seamless execution of administrative processes, including the preparation of cost estimates and invoices, tracking of goods and shipments, and conducting statistical analyses.
3. Facilitate communication and collaboration with the headquarters in Switzerland.
4. Coordinate with logistics to dispatch spare parts and manage repairs.

1. Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of three years of professional experience in an international setting, preferably in customer service or client-facing roles.

1. Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in French is advantageous.
2. Strong communication skills with a high level of service orientation.
3. Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.
4. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

A minimum of three years of professional experience in an international environment, ideally within customer service or client relations.

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
