- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the repair department, managing written correspondence and phone communications with end customers and jewelers.
- Ensure the seamless execution of administrative processes, including the preparation of cost estimates and invoices, tracking of goods and shipments, and conducting statistical analyses.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with the headquarters in Switzerland.
- Coordinate with logistics to dispatch spare parts and manage repairs.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in an international setting, preferably in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a high level of service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
A minimum of three years of professional experience in an international environment, ideally within customer service or client relations.
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
