TAG Heuer Customer Service Administrator

- Administer the process for TAG Heuer timepieces received at the service centre for maintenance or repair.
- Accurately register client timepieces onto the bespoke database.
- Assess client repair requests and action them according to internal processes.
- Conduct thorough visual examinations of timepieces to determine repair requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to obtain necessary technical information.
- Update the database with relevant information to produce detailed estimates for clients.
- Provide exceptional client experiences through accurate data input and product knowledge.
- Meet determined deadlines while maintaining a standard of excellence.
- Undertake additional departmental duties as needed.
- Develop and maintain current product and systems knowledge.
- Support team development and attend required trainings.
- Ensure outstanding service is offered to all clients as a Brand Ambassador.
- Embody brand values and actively develop brand knowledge.
- GCSE, A Level or NVQ qualifications
- Experience in an administration role
- Knowledge of and ability to use various computer systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and commitment to producing results
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage client expectations with empathy
- Confident PC user with ability to manage and maintain accurate records
- Client-centric mindset focused on maintaining and building client relationships
- Organized and driven to complete tasks within appropriate timeframes
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload in accordance with team goals
- Flexibility to work to changing deadlines and as part of a team
- Professionalism, conscientiousness, and reliability
- Appreciation of luxury customer service and brand values
Experience in an administration role, ideally within a luxury or technical field.
GCSE, A Level or NVQ qualifications
