TAG Heuer Customer Service Administrator

- Administer the process for TAG Heuer timepieces requiring maintenance or repair at the service centre.
- Create detailed repair information for clients, including maintenance types, costs, and timeframes.
- Accurately register client timepieces onto the bespoke database.
- Assess client repair requests and execute actions in accordance with internal processes.
- Conduct thorough visual examinations of timepieces to determine necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to obtain required technical information.
- Update the database with relevant information to generate detailed client estimates.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through precise data input and product knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of excellence and meet established deadlines.
- Perform additional departmental duties as needed.
- Develop and maintain current product and systems knowledge.
- Support team development and attend required training sessions.
- Provide outstanding service as a Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's values.
- Actively enhance brand knowledge and stay informed about the watch industry and products.
- Administration experience, ideally within a luxury or technical field.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage client expectations with empathy.
- Proficient PC user with the capability to learn and manage various systems.
- Ability to work quickly with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Client-centric mindset focused on maintaining and building client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Beginner level experience in administration, preferably within a luxury or technical field.
