1. Coordinate and execute client treatments and strategic events for both Full-Service Stores (FSS) and outlets.
2. Translate CRM and client engagement guidelines and digital content for communication with internal teams, stores, and clients.
3. Follow up on CRM campaigns and promotions.
4. Support in-store activation programs, including the allocation of gifts and printed materials, and track usage per store.
5. Organize and execute events, including RSVP management and agency coordination.
6. Ensure proper application of in-store tools.
7. Manage CRM systems and tools.
8. Support the CRM Manager in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly CRM reports.
9. Update, transfer, and merge client data in Salesforce.
10. Assist with monthly closing tasks, including expense and report management.
11. Manage the ordering and tracking of CRM materials and tools.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
2. Proficient in both written and spoken English
3. Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties
4. Positive mindset and good team spirit

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
