TAG Heuer CRM Data Manager

- Manage client database and analyze customer data within the Commercial Department and CRM team.
- Monitor and fulfill specifications for the integration of new data flows and improve data quality.
- Enrich contact data to enhance client interactions, focusing on identity and behavioral data.
- Support sales teams with data-enabled targets to increase sales operations efficiency.
- Contribute to the client database enrichment strategy for improved commercial efficiency and personalization.
- Analyze data from databases and customer data sources for ad hoc studies.
- Manage reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize CRM systems.
- Design new reporting tools and ensure skill development of internal teams in managing activities.
- Conduct customer data analyses to provide actionable insights to CRM, product teams, and markets.
- Graduate from an engineering school or university with training in statistics.
- Proven experience in data analysis, consulting, or with an analytics solution provider.
- Experience in CRM data management.
- Proficiency in Dataiku; experience with BQ is advantageous.
- Proficiency in cohort analyses.
- Experience with Salesforce environment is beneficial.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Recognized synthesis skills and excellent oral communication.
- Ability to engage teams on technical subjects by simplifying complex topics.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Graduate from an engineering school or university with training in statistics.
