1. Manage client database and analyze customer data.
2. Improve customer knowledge to optimize CRM activities management.
3. Collaborate with Digital, Retail stakeholders, Markets, Data, and IT teams.
4. Monitor and fulfill specifications for new client data integration.
5. Improve data quality in collaboration with other departments.
6. Enrich contact data to improve client interactions.
7. Support Sales teams with data-enabled targets.
8. Contribute to the Client Database enrichment strategy.
9. Analyze data for ad hoc studies.
10. Manage reporting tools to monitor campaign performance.
11. Design new reporting tools for internal audiences.
12. Conduct customer data analyses to provide actionable insights.

1. Graduate from an engineering school and/or a University with training in statistics.
2. Proven experience in Data Analysis, consulting, and/or with an Analytics solution provider.
3. Proven experience in CRM data management.

1. Proficiency in Dataiku; BQ is an asset.
2. Proficiency in cohort analyses.
3. Experience with Salesforce environment is a plus.
4. Experience with data visualization tool (Power BI) is a plus.
5. Recognized synthesis skills and excellent oral communication.
6. Ability to engage teams on a technical subject by demystifying it.
7. Fluent in English.

Based in Eysins, Switzerland, within the Commercial Department and the CRM team, the role offers an international scope and collaboration across various departments.
