1. Manage the order portfolio across all channels, ensuring alignment with distribution strategies.
2. Coordinate wholesale and duty-free orders, including creation, backorder management, and stock allocation.
3. Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, liaising with logistics officers as needed.
4. Support duty-free channels with communication, shipment approvals, and document management.
5. Monitor and manage credit limits to facilitate smooth deliveries and invoicing.
6. Handle consignment watch orders and generate related reports.
7. Coordinate gifts and POSM orders, consolidating requests and managing stock allocation.
8. Participate in monthly performance meetings to provide business insights and address milestones.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

1. Proven experience in logistics and commercial administration within the luxury retail industry, with a minimum of 5 years.
2. Strong understanding of retail business operations, including boutiques, duty-free, and wholesale channels.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Minimum of 5 years in logistics and/or commercial administration within the luxury retail industry or related sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
