TAG Heuer Client Data Specialist

- Enhance targeting for client activations through in-depth analysis of past purchaser profiles, providing recommendations for future product launches.
- Collaborate with the Client Development team to support local markets with ad hoc targeting propositions for local events or activations.
- Analyze and provide means to evaluate performance in terms of retail performance and client behavior at both global and local levels.
- Implement solutions to better measure incremental value across all channels, including control and freeze groups.
- Design new reporting tools to manage activities and share insights with various internal audiences.
- Support the Group with ad hoc requests and cross-entity dashboard creation, aligning performance measurement practices.
- Assist other internal teams with occasional requests to enhance understanding of clients.
- Graduate from an engineering school or university with training in statistics.
- Experience in Data Analysis, consulting, or with an Analytics solution provider.
- Experience in CRM data management.
- Proficiency with Dataiku, GCP, and BQ is advantageous.
- Experience with Salesforce environment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Strong synthesis skills and excellent oral communication.
- Ability to engage teams on technical subjects by demystifying complex concepts.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fields is required.
Graduate from an engineering school or university with training in statistics.
