- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance client relationships by leveraging available resources to build long-lasting personal connections.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA both inside and outside the boutique.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Proficiency in client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented with high integrity and transparency.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on client engagement and sales performance.
