1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance client relationships by leveraging available resources to build long-lasting personal connections.

4. Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize data to engage clients in a personalized manner.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

1. Proficiency in client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
2. Strong understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
3. Familiarity with digital tools and technologies.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
6. Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
7. Team-oriented with high integrity and transparency.
