1. Drive sales by utilizing effective selling techniques and collaboration to achieve sales targets.
2. Enhance boutique sales and meet objectives by focusing on personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
3. Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
4. Implement omnichannel sales strategies to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
5. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales through merchandising, events, and product mix.
6. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in the boutique.
7. Achieve individual clienteling objectives through effective outreach and appointment management.
8. Ensure high-quality client data collection and leverage this data to personalize client interactions.
9. Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
10. Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory and cash handling.
11. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
12. Coordinate aftersales operations until the client's watch is returned.
13. Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
14. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
15. Ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.

1. Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
2. Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales mix.
3. Knowledge of clienteling KPIs.
4. Familiarity with digital tools and brand retail procedures.
5. Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and retention.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
