- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance boutique sales and meet objectives by focusing on personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique.
- Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and use data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operations under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, and security.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of watches.
- Apply guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Contribute to store maintenance and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting new clients and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to change and flexibility in proposing new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to represent the brand in and outside the store.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous.
Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, with a focus on sales and clienteling.
