- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration with team members.
- Play a pivotal role on the sales floor, enhancing boutique sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment within the boutique.
- Maintain a focus on omnichannel sales to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising strategies, events, and product mix adjustments.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach, appointments, and sales.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize this data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing procedures.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch to the client.
- Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Participate in store maintenance and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
- Proven sales and service orientation with a mature, adaptable, and flexible approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with the luxury goods industry and clientele.
- High integrity and honesty.
- Willingness to represent the brand as an ambassador.
