1. Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration with team members.
2. Play a pivotal role on the sales floor, enhancing boutique sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
3. Support colleagues and contribute to a cohesive team environment within the boutique.
4. Maintain a focus on omnichannel sales to ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
5. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising strategies, events, and product mix adjustments.
6. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in the boutique.
7. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach, appointments, and sales.
8. Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize this data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
9. Communicate the brand story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
10. Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing procedures.
11. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
12. Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch to the client.
13. Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
14. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
15. Participate in store maintenance and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
2. Proven sales and service orientation with a mature, adaptable, and flexible approach.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Familiarity with the luxury goods industry and clientele.
5. High integrity and honesty.
6. Willingness to represent the brand as an ambassador.
7. Team player with efficient computer literacy skills.
