1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring a seamless omnichannel approach to customer service.
3. Support team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
4. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA both in and outside the boutique.
5. Develop long-lasting personal connections with clients, leveraging available tools to achieve clienteling objectives.
6. Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions.
7. Communicate the brand story and technical details of products to build trust and long-term relationships.
8. Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
9. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
10. Maintain high standards of grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
3. Strong understanding of the luxury goods industry and customer expectations.
4. Ability to act as a brand ambassador with high integrity and honesty.
