- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring a seamless omnichannel approach to customer service.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA both in and outside the boutique.
- Develop long-lasting personal connections with clients, leveraging available tools to achieve clienteling objectives.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details of products to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong understanding of the luxury goods industry and customer expectations.
- Ability to act as a brand ambassador with high integrity and honesty.
