1. Achieve and exceed sales targets as assigned.
2. Cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base.
3. Assist with daily boutique operations.
4. Manage inventory and maintain optimal housekeeping conditions, including visual merchandising.
5. Provide excellent customer service by sharing product knowledge and following up on after-sales service matters.
6. Monitor after-sales service of the customer database and support in-store marketing events.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
2. Experience in the watches industry is advantageous.

2. Strong interpersonal skills.

4. Excellent customer service skills.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
