1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. Strong understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
4. Knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
