- Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
- Knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Client-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

- Digitally savvy with excellent presentation skills.
