- Drive boutique sales by achieving personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support team members and collaborate to enhance overall boutique performance.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas for sales development, including merchandising and events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve clienteling objectives through effective outreach and appointment management.
- Collect and leverage qualitative client data to foster personalized client relationships.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client connections.
- Contribute to daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with retail and administrative processes, including visual merchandising and grooming standards.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs, such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales volume.
- Proficiency with digital tools and clienteling KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in proposing new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit, integrity, and transparency.
- Digitally savvy with strong presentation skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail is required.
