1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Support team members and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
3. Enhance client experiences by integrating omnichannel sales strategies and proposing innovative ideas for sales development.
4. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and within the boutique.
5. Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach and appointments.
6. Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this information to personalize client interactions.
7. Communicate the brand story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
8. Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
9. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce for effective operations management.
10. Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

1. Sales and service orientation with a mature and adaptable approach.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of the luxury goods industry and customer base.
4. Passion for retail, timepieces, and jewellery.
5. High integrity and honesty.
6. Team player with efficient computer literacy skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
