1. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
2. Provide exceptional client service at all times.
3. Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base.
4. Assist with daily boutique operations.
5. Build long-term relationships with clients.
6. Maintain excellent condition of all displays and ensure adherence to security procedures.
7. Participate in stock-takes and maintain boutique operations smoothly.
8. Follow-up on sales leads and develop clients into long-term relationships.
9. Assist colleagues in sales and participate in daily boutique duties.
10. Collaborate with management and contribute new ideas to improve business.
11. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the TAG Heuer brand image.
12. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability with work schedules.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Sales and service orientation.
2. Mature, adaptable, and flexible demeanor.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Familiarity with the luxury goods industry and clientele.
5. Passion for retail, timepieces, and jewelry.
6. High integrity and honesty.
7. Willingness to represent the brand as an ambassador.
8. Team player mentality.
9. Proficient computer literacy skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
