- Drive sales performance by achieving ambitious sales targets through effective sales techniques and collaboration.
- Play a central role on the sales floor to enhance boutique sales and meet objectives, while providing memorable in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique.
- Adopt an omnichannel sales approach to ensure optimal customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA both inside and outside the boutique.
- Achieve individual customer retention goals using available tools and resources.
- Collect and utilize qualitative customer data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
- Communicate the brand's story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, and store opening/closing.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform Visual Merchandising (VM).
- Coordinate after-sales service operations until the watch's return.
- Adhere to guidelines regarding appearance, attitudes, and Visual Merchandising.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury retail, watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Strong sales skills including customer discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, objection handling, and closing sales.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales volume and value, average basket, and sales mix.
- Familiarity with customer KPIs and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to represent the brand with excellent presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on new client acquisition and active client base growth.
- Open-minded with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible, capable of proposing new ideas and solutions.
- Team player with high integrity and transparency.
