TAG Heuer Client Advisor

- Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty regarding the brand and its products.
- Conclude sales and contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets by utilizing all provided tools.
- Ensure proper product presentation and store condition in alignment with the brand image.
- Collect and leverage high-quality customer data to address clients in a personally relevant manner.
- Contribute to daily procedures under the supervision of the store manager, including inventories, openings, closings, and reporting.
- Coordinate after-sales service cases from revision requests to product delivery to clients.
- Embody the role of TAG Heuer Ambassador and participate in provided training.
- Foster a positive team working environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in luxury sales.
- Knowledgeable and passionate about watchmaking.
- Strong commercial acumen and mastery of sales techniques.
- Autonomous and effective in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in digital tools and comfortable with KPI tracking.
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Organized, proactive, dynamic, and enjoys teamwork.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
- Strong service orientation, listening skills, and pragmatism.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Proficiency in digital tools and KPI management.
A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in luxury sales is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) preferred.
