TAG Heuer Client Advisor

- Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with clients regarding the brand and its products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing all provided tools.
- Ensure proper product presentation and maintain the store's alignment with the brand image.
- Collect and utilize client data to communicate in a personally relevant manner.
- Contribute to daily store procedures under the supervision of the store manager, including inventory, opening, closing, and reporting.
- Coordinate after-sales service processes, from revision requests to product delivery.
- Act as a TAG Heuer Ambassador and participate in provided training.
- Foster a positive team working environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the luxury sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and mastery of sales techniques.
- Autonomous and effective in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in digital tools and KPI tracking.
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Organized, proactive, dynamic, and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic communication, and recognized for service orientation, listening, and pragmatism.
A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in luxury sales is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) preferred.
