1. Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty regarding the brand and its products.
2. Conclude sales and contribute to achieving and surpassing sales targets using all provided tools.
3. Ensure proper product presentation, store condition, and brand image consistency.
4. Collect and utilize high-quality customer data to engage clients personally and relevantly.
5. Contribute to daily procedures under the store manager's supervision, including inventory, opening, closing, and reporting.
6. Coordinate after-sales service files, from service request to product delivery to customers.
7. Embody the role of TAG Heuer Ambassador and participate in provided training sessions.
8. Foster a positive team working environment.

1. Ideally hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3).
2. Previous experience of 2 years in luxury sales.
3. Knowledge and passion for watchmaking.

2. Autonomous and effective in a dynamic environment.
3. Proficient in digital tools and KPI tracking.
4. Fluent in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
5. Organized, proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic communication, and recognized for service orientation, listening skills, and pragmatism.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) preferred.
