TAG Heuer Client Advisor

- Welcome, advise, and retain clients by promoting the brand and its products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing all provided tools.
- Ensure the proper presentation of products and maintain the store's alignment with the brand image.
- Collect and utilize customer data to engage clients in a personally relevant manner.
- Contribute to daily store operations under the supervision of the store manager, including inventory, opening, closing, and reporting.
- Coordinate after-sales service cases from service requests to product returns.
- Act as a TAG Heuer ambassador and participate in provided training sessions.
- Foster a positive team working environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) preferred.
- Two years of prior experience in luxury retail sales.
- Passion for horology and knowledge of the watchmaking industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and mastery of sales techniques.
- Autonomous with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools and KPI tracking.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, proactive, and teamwork skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on service, listening, and pragmatism.
Two years of prior experience in luxury retail sales is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3) preferred.
