1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance the client experience by maintaining a focus on omnichannel sales and leveraging various client touchpoints.
3. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising strategies and event planning.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA and participating in events both within and outside the boutique.
5. Achieve individual clienteling objectives by utilizing provided tools to foster long-lasting client relationships.
6. Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage this data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
7. Communicate the brand story and product details to build trust and lasting client relationships.
8. Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
9. Utilize digital tools effectively and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.

A minimum of two years' experience in a luxury retail environment is required.

Salary is commensurate with experience: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, plus commission and quarterly bonus.
