- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance the client experience by maintaining a focus on omnichannel sales and leveraging various client touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising strategies and event planning.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA and participating in events both within and outside the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by utilizing provided tools to foster long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage this data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
- Communicate the brand story and product details to build trust and lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
- Utilize digital tools effectively and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Team-oriented with high integrity and transparency.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
A minimum of two years' experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
Salary is commensurate with experience: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, plus commission and quarterly bonus.
