1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of luxury watches and current lifestyle trends.

2. Proficiency in digital tools and understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of integrity and transparency.
