1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance the client experience by maintaining omnichannel sales strategies and delivering memorable in-store services.
3. Support team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
4. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in the boutique.
6. Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build lasting client relationships.
7. Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this information to personalize client interactions.
8. Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
9. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively, and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
3. In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.

Salary ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, with additional commission and bonus opportunities.
